Privacy notice for the launch version

What you can use here
You can choose available sessions, book a place and join your booked online session. The AI chat is disabled in this launch version. Your booking information is not sent to an AI service.
Your booking information
We store your name, email address, chosen session, the price shown when booking, the time of booking and your confirmation of the notices. We also store your booking status and any payments recorded by Doris. A hash of your personal access code enables access. Please do not enter health information or information about your child; there is no field for this.
This information is used to organise your booking, contact you about the session and document actual attendance. It is stored in a database on the app server. Doris can view, correct and delete bookings in the protected administration area. You can contact the email address above to request access, correction or deletion. Information that must still be retained to meet legal obligations is handled separately.
Access and video meetings
A necessary session cookie protects forms and remembers your opened booking and chosen language. Your personal code also gives you access on another device. Treat it like a password. When you join a session, the video service selected by Doris opens. That service has its own privacy information. This app does not record or store the content of conversations.
This configuration does not send automatic confirmation emails. Your access code is shown immediately after booking. Doris may contact you personally to organise your session.
Page views and demand
The app counts home-page views as daily totals. It does not create visitor profiles or calculate unique visitor numbers. No advertising pixels or external analytics services are loaded. For abuse prevention, hashed network addresses are held temporarily in memory for short time windows. The anonymous CSV report contains daily page views, booking counts, cancellations and confirmed attendance, without names, email addresses or conversation content.
Hosting and video
The configured hosting provider is Hetzner Online GmbH, Deutschland. Technical server logs may contain access times, IP addresses and requested resources. Explanatory videos are served from the app server and only play when you start them.
